Sick day knitting

March 8th, 2007

With a cold seriously kicking my butt, I’ve been able to knit a little on the aran sweater. The last two days have been *wake up, chicken soup and tea, knit a little, sleep, rep from *. I’m getting a bit bored, but at least I’m knitting! Here’s my progress so far. I modified the pattern to knit in the round up to the armholes (I do hate seaming!). The back is complete, and the front is almost complete. Next the sleeves, and I’m done.

Oh, the new Knitty is up. Some cute stuff this time around; great sock patterns! One of these days I’ll get around to submitting a pattern. Now I’m off to nap…

You should submit a pattern to Knitty, you are so talented!
How funny, I bought the Nashua ‘Bloom’ booklet as well, mainly because the baby on the cover is so darn cute!

Love that Nashua Bloom leaflet, mainly b/c of the super cute baby on the cover!
