Snow (Sleet) Day Knitting

February 14th, 2007

So much for all the snow we were supposed to get. It has been sleeting since I woke up at 6 am. I tried to get into work, but I live at the bottom of two hills (so it’s uphill all the way! hehe!) and I slid down the hill I was trying to get up. So I turned around and went back home. Not worth it. So, what to do with a free day? Start a pair of socks of course!

Yarn: TOFUtsies, Color #731 Ten Foot Tall
Size 2 Needles
Pattern: A Pair of Socks from Interweave’s webKNITS

Snow Day Socks
This yarn is so soft and naturally anti-bacterial to boot – I’m enjoying knitting with it.

Ooh – it looks great. I can hardly wait to see it live and in color. I haven’t even started knitting my TOFUtsies – I better go get it out.
